We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kim's Designs. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@kimsdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
